With this exhibition, the galería 7X° opens to the public, its exhibition space and contemporary art laboratory within the Casa Roga facilities.

The exhibition presents works deposited on an apparently foreign place with which they establish links of complicity in a kind of flexible display of said objects through their placement on the exhibition space. By referring to various intentions such as the formal questioning of the work, personal desires or the disassembly of social, political and urban issues; the conjunction of various narratives is allowed, fostering dialogue on more versatile (and non-imposing) aesthetic relationship sequences in resonance with the very dynamics of architectural space, but questioning its fundamental concepts: delimit, stack, cover and contain. It is in this impermanence that referring to the words of Carlos Mijares Bracho, we can tense a relationship between the unfolding of the work and its concept of ruin where the combined action of the human being and the elements, the passage of time and other factors leads to to a lack of definition in the spatial and formal limits, produces imprecise borders in the built masses, cancels daily uses and functions, blurs meanings, evaporates beliefs and generates ambiguity in the borders between nature and artifice.
