Lateral presents Espectro Intercruzado, an exhibition by Jorge Rosano Gamboa curated by Polina Stroganova.

Espectro Intercruzado is part of a photographic research project on image and matter, developed throughout his artistic work thinking about the image as a ritual. In this exhibition Jorge Rosano Gamboa takes a look at the relationship of images with affection and memory through experimentation with other photographic media and an installation within the gallery.

Jorge Rosano Gamboa studied a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts at La Esmeralda (2011) and completed a postgraduate degree at SOMA. Among his most recent solo exhibitions are En el En Medio, laNao, CDMX (2023), U, Casa Equis, CDMX (2020), LANDLORDS, Filet Space, London (2018). He has participated in group exhibitions in Berlin, Chicago and London. He has been part of the selection of the Photography Biennial in Mexico on two occasions (2016 and 2018) and has participated in several residencies such as Casa Wabi (2019) and Neurotitan in Berlin (2016).
